Every tower manufactured by MAGNUM TOWERS is uniquely engineered for the specific application.    Although we do have a set of 'standard' tower face dimensions, tapers, panel point spacing and the like,  we are not restricted to a 'stock' tower design.    We can supply an almost infinite variety of tower designs that provide optimal performance at a reasonable cost.    For instance, we offer both three and four legged towers in our self-supporting tower line.

Each tower is provided with a set of engineering calculations, plans and specifications that meet or exceed the latest versions of EIA, ASCE, AISC, UBC, ACI, AWS and other regional and local building standards and codes.    A complete set of calculations are provided in which member stresses and tower twist and sway are completely and clearly presented for review by the local building authority.

Each tower design considers not only the environmental load conditions that must be endured (wind, ice, and seismic loads), but also includes consideration of the construction personnel and equipment availability, local terrain, and suitability of the structure for the proposed application.

Each tower is provided with a set of engineering drawings that succinctly summarizes the design of the tower, including every leg, web, gusset, bolt and weld size; as well as defining over-all tower geometry, panel point spacing, and foundation construction details.    Nothing is left to the imagination of the purchaser, the contractor, or the plan reviewer.

A complete set of CADD (Computer-Aided Drafting and Design) drawings are prepared for each tower.

The engineering calculations and CADD drawings are permanently archived by MAGNUM TOWERS  for future reference.    In the event that additional sets of calculations or drawings are needed by the owner (or future owners) of the tower,  engineering and fabrication documentation can be provided at a reasonable cost.    The availability of engineering and construction documentation can be immensely valuable to the owner or prospective new owner, especially if antenna and feed line additions are proposed.
