MAGNUM TOWERS takes pride in its work force.    Each and every production welding technician is AWS Certified.    Every man on our team has been with MAGNUM for a minimum of 12 years.

We fabricate a diverse variety of  steel, aluminum, and magnesium structures and structural components.    We are often asked to be creative in bringing a client's vision into reality.    For instance, on occasion a certain specialty tool is required for proof loading of foundation rock bolt installations.    MAGNUM has designed and built hydraulic tensioning devices capable of applying more than 40 tons of proof load on an individual rock anchor bolt. 

MAGNUM can provide antenna mounts, roof top tower support frameworks, OSHA approved climbing ladders, gin poles (steel or magnesium), waveguide support brackets, and much more.

Thick parts are pre-heated prior to welding to prevent lamilar tearing and minimize weld shrinkage stress.

Our production welding technicians are AWS Certified and have each been steadily employed by Magnum for at least 12 years..

Tower sections are very precisely fabricated with the use of specially designed fit-up jigs to insure that tower member assembly is plumb, square, and true to line.

Special tower support frameworks can be provided to enable roof top installation on tall buildings.     This particular frame and 100 foot tall tower sit atop the 19-story Sacramento County Jail in California, USA.
